To request the certificate of completion, enter the e-mail address used to login to the self-directed training. In order to view and print the certificate of completion, make sure your computer has Adobe Reader installed. If you do not have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, you can download it for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/. The certificate of completion will be sent to the e-mail address in the system that was used to register for training and/or used to login to the self-directed training.
